The advertiser is required to pay for the advertising space at the time the copy is submitted.
All advertising is subject to approval by the advocate editorial staff and the Oklahoma Association for Justice. OAJ reserves the right to reject advertising which does not meet the publication's standards, and to limit the space occupied by any one advertisement.
The advocate has no duty to print the advertisement of any advertiser who is delinquent in its payment.
Acceptance of advertising does not imply endorsement of any advertised product or service by OAJ. The advertiser agrees not to make any promotional reference to the advocate or the Oklahoma Association for Justice without the prior written permission of OAJ.
