All items sold by OAJ that require shipping are shipped three days after purchase via U.S.P.S.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All shippable items sold by OAJ are non-refundable. In addtion, if you (member or public perssonal) cancel your attendance to an event you are subject to cancellation fee schedule. The cancellation fee schedule is as follows:

Cancel one month or earlier in advance - 100% Refund
Cancel two to three weeks before event - 75% Refund
Cancel one to two week before event - 50% Refund 
Cancel the day of the event - No Refund 
(Less than a week before event)


This cancellation policy is visible to all registrants at the time of registration and on OAJ's Website. We also send you a confirmation email which includes event details and this cancellation fee schedule.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. Information Gathered by the Oklahoma Association for Justice

This is the Oklahoma Association for Justice’s (“OAJ”) online privacy policy. This policy applies only to activities OAJ engages in on its website and does not apply to OAJ activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the website. OAJ collects certain anonymous data regarding the usage of the website. This information does not personally identify users and is gathered to improve the performance of the website. The anonymous data collected by the OAJ website can include information such as the type of browser you are using, your IP address and the length of the visit to the website.

You may also be asked to provide personally identifiable information on the OAJ website, which may include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. This information can be gathered when feedback or e-mails are sent to OAJ or when you register for services. For certain services, such as event or CLE registrations, you may be required to also provide credit card or other payment account information which the OAJ maintains in encrypted form on secure servers. In all such cases you have the option of providing us with personally identifiable information.

OAJ typically does not sell personally identifiable information, such as your name or e-mail address to advertisers. However, non-personal “aggregated data” is used to enhance the operation of our website, analyze interest in the areas of our website and to inform our advertisers about the number of users that have viewed their advertising. Moreover, we may in some circumstances disclose personally identifiable information to third parties to enhance your experience on our website. Additionally, if you provide OAJ with content for publishing or feedback, we may publish your user name or other identifying data.
 

OAJ may also disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order or other such request. OAJ may also provide such personally identifiable information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request. In order to protect the privacy of its members, OAJ uses industry standard technology protections based on best practices to make sure that each transaction process is safe, and that members information is secure.
 

4. Other Websites

The OAJ website may contain links to third party sites and advertisers. OAJ is not responsible for the use of cookies, the privacy policies or the content of those sites. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party’s privacy policies before providing any data to them.
 

5. Security

OAJ takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, OAJ cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
 

6. Children

OAJ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children are not permitted to use the OAJ website or services, and OAJ requests that children under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, OAJ does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.

8. Modification of the Privacy Policy

OAJ reserves the rights to modify its privacy policy at any time and will notify you by posting an amendment to the privacy policy on the website. Such modifications will become effective on the day they are posted. OAJ encourages you to frequently review the privacy policy for any modifications.
 

9. Notification of Changes

OAJ may change its privacy policy without notice. If OAJ changes its privacy policy, OAJ will update the Privacy Statement on the OAJ Web site.
