Chuck Flynn is a plaintiff's trial lawyer in Chattanooga, Tennessee at the firm of BPatrick, Beard, Schulman & Jacoway, P.C. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor degree in Government. He earned his law degree from Notre Dame. He lettered in college playing basketball and volunteers as an assistant basketball coach in Chattanooga. Prior experience includes probate work, complex environmental disputes, personal trust and estate planning, litigation and contract negotiation.
