All shippable items sold by OAJ are non-refundable. In addtion, if you (member or public perssonal) cancel your attendance to an event you are subject to cancellation fee schedule. The cancellation fee schedule is as follows:
Cancel one month or earlier in advance - 100% Refund
Cancel two to three weeks before event - 75% Refund
Cancel one to two week before event - 50% Refund
Cancel the day of the event - No Refund (Less than a week before event)
This cancellation policy is visible to all registrants at the time of registration and on OAJ's Website. We also send you a confirmation email which includes event details and this cancellation fee schedule.

1. Information Gathered by the Oklahoma Association for Justice
You may also be asked to provide personally identifiable information on the OAJ website, which may include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. This information can be gathered when feedback or e-mails are sent to OAJ or when you register for services. For certain services, such as event or CLE registrations, you may be required to also provide credit card or other payment account information which the OAJ maintains in encrypted form on secure servers. In all such cases you have the option of providing us with personally identifiable information.
Cookies are small bits of data that are deposited on a user’s hard drive. The OAJ website utilizes Cookies and IP addresses for certain functions. Cookies permit users to store their password and other user information without having to constantly re-enter this data. Cookies also permit OAJ and our advertisers to tailor our website and advertising to your needs. OAJ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children are not permitted to use the OAJ website or services, and OAJ requests that children under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, OAJ does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.
